• Reports to: Area Development Manager
• Location: Branch Network – Various locations available 
• Role:  The primary purpose of this role is to meet and exceed sales targets by genuinely meeting customers' insurance needs.   
• Responsibilities include:
  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Processing New Business
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
• Knowledge & Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully meeting sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Insurance industry
  • Minimum of 7 GCSE’s grade C or above
  • Minimum of IFI CII qualification or achievement of qualification within 6 months of employment

 CLAIMS ADVISOR

• Reports to:  Claims Manager
• Location: Head Office, CF40 1NY
• Role: The primary purpose of this role is the facilitation of all claims notified to Insurance Companies, whilst pursuing client's claims in accordance with DCA regulations
• Responsibilities include:
  • To deliver claims related income
  • Meet scorecard income targets
  • Provide an advisory service to ensure meeting all of the customers insurance needs
  • Adherence to FSA Treating Customers Fairly principles
• Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 GCSE's (grade C or above)
  • Minimum of IFI CII qualification or achievement of qualification within 6 months of employment
  • Claims Knowledge
  • Customer service experience

RENEWALS ADVISOR

Reports to: Head of Insurance Operations

• Location: Head Office, CF40 1NY 
• Role:  The primary purpose of this role is to compliantly deliver renewals and revenue income targets through genuinely meeting customers' insurance needs and identifying cross selling opportunities.
• Responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of renewal income and profit targets
  • Identify and secure cross selling opportunities
  • Delivery of monthly scorecard targets
• Knowledge & Experience:
  • Knowledge and servicing of a range of personal lines insurance products
  • Target driven with a track record of success
  • Minimum of IFI CII qualification or achievement of qualification within 6 months of employment
  • Develops self and other - strives to be the best, identifies and acts upon development needs of self and others

I-KUBE SALES ADVISOR

Reports to: Head of i-kube & Telematics Operations

• Location: Head Office, CF40 1NY
• Role: To compliantly deliver sales income targets through genuinely meeting customers' insurance needs and identifying new business opportunities.                                                                                                     
• Responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of New Business income and profit targets
  • Identify and secure cross selling opportunities
  • Delivery of monthly scorecard targets
• Knowledge & Experience:
  • Knowledge and selling of insurance products desirable
  • Experience of pro-actively winning new business opportunities
  • Customer Focused - Meets all of the needs of the Customer
  • Develops self and other - strives to be the best, identifies and acts upon development needs of self and others
  • Minimum of 7 GCSE's between Grade A-C or equivalent
  • IF1 Qualification already held or attainment of within six-months of employment
